“16 Ways to Forget Someone You Love” is an electronic book (e-book). Which means you can download it right to your computer.
If this is your first time, don’t worry … it’s natural to make mistakes. And it’s okay, you can keep on trying until you get it, alright? Hold my hand and we’ll get through it together…

When it’s done, you’ll see a screen appear which asks if you want to “open the file” now. So go for it and OPEN IT! Don’t worry… this screen will still be here.
To read the book, you WILL require some software. Good news is, it’s 100% FREE. It’s called Adobe Acrobat Reader … and most computers have it installed automatically these days. But if yours hasn’t, no worries. You can download it for free by clicking on the following website (and pretty much you’ll be using the same process we’ve just covered).
You may also need to open files which had been compressed to minimize their download time. I recommend using WinZip. A free evaluation version is available.
STEP 1
With your mouse button, Click on the link below to Download E-book “16 Ways to Forget Someone You Love”.
note: The bonus is included on the last chapter of the e-book.
STEP 2
Then You’ll see a little menu appear, and one of the options will say…
“Save Target As”
… this is the one you want to highlight with your mouse.
You’ll then be taken to another screen. And basically this is to ask you WHERE you’d like to save the book on your computer. You’ll be able to choose which folder you’d like it in. It’s not real important WHERE you put it.
Just remember to put it somewhere you’ll remember when you want to go and open it in just a few moments time.
Once you click on the SAVE button in that screen, you’ll be downloading. NEXT… you’ll see a little display within the “File Download” screen that shows you the progress of your download.
Don’t worry, it may take a while, depending on your connection. Just sit back and watch it happen. Put your feet up … grab some coffee or a nice cold drink!
